Three years ago, I started writing on LinkedIn.
I wasn’t trying to become a creator.

Today, that number is close to 19,000.

For more than 15 years, I helped build unicorn businesses.

Scaled brands.
But there was one question I couldn’t answer for myself.
What do I want to spend the next decade building?

Looking back, I didn’t spend the last three years building a business.
I spent the last three years building clarity.
Clarity about what energizes me.
Clarity about the problems I’m meant to solve.
Clarity about the work I want to dedicate the next decade to.
That’s the kind of asset no algorithm can take away.
Most people think consistency compounds into followers.
I think it compounds into clarity.
And clarity changes everything.
Once you know what deserves the next ten years of your life…
You stop chasing every opportunity.
You stop comparing your timeline to everyone else’s.
You stop wondering if you’re on the right path.
You simply keep walking it.
Maybe you’re not behind.
Maybe you’re exactly where you need to be.
Learning.
Testing.
Failing.
Refining.
One day you’ll look back and realize you weren’t just building an audience.
You were building the conviction to spend the next decade on work that truly matters.
Not everything you build will compound.
But clarity does.
And once you have it, everything else has a chance to.
