The story behind the work

I started in creative—brand, design, content, storytelling, and got very good at making things that looked right. What I didn’t realize then was that even great work doesn’t scale without a system behind it, and over time, it burns founders out.

That gap pulled me into user acquisition, and once I started, I couldn’t stop. I became obsessed with one question: why do some businesses become more predictable over time, while others plateau no matter how hard the founder works?

Then, after years of working on Growth Systems, I realized something simple:

It was never about talent.
It was always about the system that wasn’t there.

Over 15 years I’ve worked across the full growth journey — from startups finding their first 10 clients to companies scaling toward unicorn stage. From solo freelancers to funded teams. The problem was always the same: great people, no repeatable system.
