Hi — I'm Vikash. I help you turn your idea into a scalable online business.

15 years in growth. Former CGO. Now I write every Tuesday and teach the business system most MBAs skip — so you can build once and scale forever.

The story behind the work

I spent 15 years building growth

for fast-paced startups & unicorns.

I started in creative — brand, design, content, storytelling. Got very good at making things that looked right. What I didn’t know yet was that beautiful work with no system behind it just burns people out.

That gap pushed me into user acquisition. And once I started, I couldn’t stop. I became obsessed with one question: why do some businesses get easier and more predictable over time — while others plateau no matter how hard the founder works?

Then, after years as a CGO, I realised the answer was never talent.
It was always a missing system.

Over 15 years I’ve worked across the full growth journey — from startups finding their first 10 clients to companies scaling toward unicorn stage. From solo freelancers to funded teams. The problem was always the same: great people, no repeatable system.

So I stopped climbing and started teaching. Every Tuesday I write one practical lesson — the exact system I wish I’d had 15 years ago. When you’re ready to go deeper, the Academy is there.

I write about six topics to help you own

your growth.

Positioning & Offer Design

How to get specific enough that the right people find you — and clear enough they don't need convincing before buying.

Audience Building

Growing an audience that trusts you before you ever ask them to buy. The long game that pays compounding returns.

Content That Converts

Writing and design that sounds human — not a template. Content that moves people from stranger to subscriber to buyer.

Business Systems

The operating layer beneath everything. Acquisition, conversion, metrics. What makes growth predictable instead of lucky.

Monetising Knowledge

Turning what you already know into a product someone will pay for — without building something nobody wants first.

The Solo Business Model

Running lean, profitable, and free. Build once. Scale forever. No team overhead, no VC, no burnout.
